These Terms of Service apply to Buckingham Fitness LLC & the 710 Standard Coaching Program ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website and applying for The 7/10 Standard coaching program (the "Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or submit an application.
The Program provides holistic fitness, nutrition, behavior-change, and lifestyle coaching. We are not medical providers. Nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and our coaching is not a substitute for professional medical care. You are responsible for telling us about any health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations, for obtaining direction or guidance from your own medical professional before starting, and for following it. Coaching is adapted to your individual situation within those limits. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed, except as expressly agreed in writing.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if we determine the Program is not a safe or appropriate fit for the applicant.
Program fees, payment options, and payment plans are presented to you before you enroll. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is linked in the footer of this website.

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with physical exercise and dietary changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to hold Tyler Buckingham and Buckingham Fitness LLC harmless from any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your participation. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
